Who we are

MoveIT is a wellness and performance hub based in Karen, Nairobi, Kenya. We offer pilates, functional training, and longevity wellness coaching. This privacy policy explains how we handle personal information collected through moveitperformance.com and related communications.

• How you arrived at the site (e.g. Google search, Instagram, direct link)

• To respond to enquiries and booking requests

Third-party services

• WhatsApp (Meta) — if you contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are processed by Meta under their terms of service.

Data retention

Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry and for a reasonable period thereafter. Analytics data is retained for 14 months in Google Analytics, after which it is automatically deleted.

Your rights

Under the Kenya Data Protection Act 2019, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw consent for analytics at any time
